Puerto Rico fuel systems

Bill D.:

I live in Puerto Rico (I'm in this beautiful island right now). Anyway, I've never seen a difference between products designed for the USA and products headed towards Puerto Rico. As far as I know, they're the same thing. There is a possibility that you in fact sent him the AMM, but he's looking to another thing.

"It ain't the same thing!"
"Of course it isn't, you're pointing towards the throttle body!!!"

Hehehehee.....

I suggest the possibility that he's mistaken because I believe mechanics over here maybe didn't help the guy much. Over here in Puerto Rico, Volvo shops thinks they're dealing with Ferraris and charge accordingly. And junkers? There are no "junkers" in Puerto Rico... No. There are in fact places were used parts sit, gather rain, rust and small furry animals and for some reason command a asking price about 10% less than a new part! It still baffles me. I believe they think they're selling you God himself to fix your car.

Anyway, please let me know what happens. I would be glad to help.
