HELP, TORQUE converter WELDED? 700 1987

Thanks to all who helped with removing the eng/trans. It's all out.

I took it off, and removed the trany. I've never gone this far before.

The damn torque converter is stuck or welded to the fly wheel. It's got little squares that are welded to the back and welded to fly wheel?

I did soak it Pblaster and tried pulling on it. Nope. The fly wheel begins to flex.

That last person who replaced the seal (1998) the Volvo dealer. I'll be damned pissed if they welded (doubtful) or ripped me off. The leak was never fixed even though they changed it.

Why won't it come off?
