Start'n up my 91' 940 GLE wagon 900

I just purchased a 91'940 wagon with 105,000 miles on it. It purrrs.. however, on the occasion I start-up, the car squels (loud) and the ABS & SRS light won't go out. I also noticed the power windows won't work during this and moving the shifter into drive will start and stop the noise.I then shut the car off and start up again with no problem.

Help me!!!!!
