14.7:1 is the correct ratio for combustion. Your car will fluctuate around this as it tries to achieve it. In addition to the previuos posts' reccomendations I'd look at vacuum leaks and a faulty AMM. Unplug the meter and re-test to see any inprovements. The O2 sensor should put out .52 Volts (approx) at idle. Alos look at ignition timing and a faults or seized advance switch (only some cars with A/C.
