Seat Heater Thermostat 900

Hi All,

I had both seat heaters in my 92' 940T go out at the same time. Good fuse, good current to both 'green' relays under each seat. After reading through the Brickboard archives, it sounds as if this might be a thermostat problem. From the former postings on this subject it appears that each seat should have a thermostat embeded up in a hole in the middle of the bottom seat cushion. My dilema is these holes on my car are empty, neither is there any additional wiring running from the relays other than up into a seam in the seat cushion which I am assuming is going to the heating element. Are these 'green' relays the thermostats also, or maybe the thermostat located some where else on this model year (associated with rest of heating system)....Gotta fix it, any help/advice muchly appreciated.....Thanx
