700 MOTOR MOUNTS

A volvo mechanic observed that I needed to replace motor mounts on my 88 740 station wagon. I do most of my own work on cars-brakes,tuneups,fuel pump replacement, etc. I know I can do this and I believe RPR sells the German hydraulic mounts for ABOUT $60 each? I want to buy the best I can-whenever possible: exceeding OEM and AVOIDING THE VOLVO DEALERSHIP IN SF BAY AREA, SELLING ONLY AT FULL LIST. Any other sources for hiquality replacements someone can recommend. ALSO QUESTION: do these mounts leak fluid ,over time? Car has 120K on it and with out seeing new ones - these looked bottomed out-which is what he must have observed. thanks mark the answer will help me determine if my 1991 740 sedan w/119k needs it also.
