Gearbox 940 tutrbodiesel 900 1993

Manual gearbox with electric overdrive

Since a few weeks,my 940 is hard to get in reverse. ( gearnoise ).
When the engine is cold never a problem to get in reverse without this irritating sound. Only when the engine is warm.
The other gears are no problem, smooth shifting. Only the reverse gear is making the noise.

Anybody an idea?
