Typical 85, 86 and 87 problem. Seal the firewall leaks and clean the leaves out of the drain system along the frame under the doors. At least you can stop it from getting worse. Immediate attention? Well, it could threaten your cars survival into its 3rd 4th decade or so but....at 15 years old, its up to you whether you want to be heroic and patch the floor.
