Please, A/C Help

Raf, can't help you with the correct parts applications (here's where a good parts guy comes in very handy), but the Volvo OEM manual lists the following capacities:
4-cylinder engine: new system is filled with 200ml (Diesel Kiki); if you are replacing the recev/dryer, condenser and hoses and flushing the evap, then you would refill as new.
Others: Sanden SD-510: 250ml
Sanden SD-709, SD-7H15: 250ml
For R134, you use PAG oil.

The Volvo TSB for the R134 changeover notes that the new compressor may be filled with mineral oil, in which case it must be drained and refilled with the "ester" oil. Check with an a/c guy to compare PAG with ester. Ask too about the correct refill quantities if you are replacing major components and flushing the system. Because the oil distributes throughout the system under operation, if you just replace the compressor, the oil refill quantity is always much less than if you have replaced and cleaned most of the system.
