Problems with Drum brakes 444-544 1960

I'd bet that your adjustment isn't right yet...
It is possible to have them adjusted way to far the wrong way, and they will rub a little...

I would adjust them to the point that you can't turn the tire by hand, then back 'em off just a little bit. Also, does the handbrake work?...ie...is it all hooked up. If so, try pulling on it and see if the pedal comes up. The hand brake basically does the same as the adjusters... that would give you an idea as to whether the trouble is at the front or rear...

And of course, if all else fails....bleed 'em again.
