Speedo \ Steering wheel 200

Check the stock tire size for the cars regarding the speedo swap. There's an info sticker on the rear edge of the RF door. Knowing Volvo they probably tweaked something in the speedo rather than have two sizes of drive gear on the assembly floor. Wagons and GL's used to have 185R14 and the DL sedan was 175R14. (I think more recent 240's have same tire for all model.)

Once the new speedo is in, clock yourself. How you would do it around DC may not be easy b/c you need mileposts (a la Interstate) and a five mile stretch where you can hold the car really close to 60mph.
