Upon acceleration in first and second gear, there is a dull squal that is coming out of the front end. The noise asts breifly and only a second or two. I had the belts and water pump. replaced only 3 or four thousand miles ago, and the squealing srarted only a day or two ago. I'm stumped. In those past few thousand miles I also replaced the muffler, fuel pump, and lambda sond sensor. could these possibly be a contributing culprit? I'm thinking my belts just need to be retensioned.

2. what is a good indication of the need for new wheel bearings? There's been a come-and-go soft squeek during driving that's come from the driver's side front wheel since about 5,000 mi. ago, but has not progressed in sound. There are no side effects, no known cause, and no changes in performance.

What are the advantages/disadvantages of addign anti-roll bars to my car? I've wanted to improve the handling a bit, and looked into the investment.

Last, although my car looks fantastic, i've got some fading paint and spots of rust in corners and wheel wells. Can anyone recommend and honest and affordable body shop in the Albany, NY area? I'm looking for a complete repaint and a little rust work/welding on one hole. How much am I looking at shelling out?
