14' or 15' rims and tires? 200

I will be purchasing a second set of rims soon and was wondering the merits of 15" versus 14".
I will run 2 sets of tires/rims, a winter only set (with Nokian Hakk's or Blizzak's) and a "3 season set" with normal road tires.
Since I need to purchase a second set of rims should I consider getting 15" versus the current 14" installed.
Would one be preferred over the other for specific application?

I forgotthe most important question....
ARE ALL VOLVO RIMS INTERCHANGABLE!?!?!? (same bolt hole spacing)
Would rims from 700 or 900 or whatever modle Volvo fit a 200?

I found a local junk yard that has several Volvo's with very nice rims and tires but the are not on 200's. The guy only wants $10 each for steel and $20 for the aluminums if I pull them myself. ( extra $10 each with the tires on them ;-)
