Could i get some responses on Volvo club meets or shows, i am interested in possibly going to one someday 700

I would just like to know if it is worth say a 5+ or -hr drive to one of these shows. Everyone raves about the VW shows and the support they bring. IS volvo the same, can you find good deals on parts and see good ideas on especially restored 760 or 740s?
