aligning steering pump belt 200

hello,
I have noticed that the pulley for my power steering and the pulley for the ac compressor is not in the same plane, leading to the power steering belt looking skewed.
the ac compressor pulley and the crankshaft are aligned ( the belt looks straight). So i figured it is the steering pump pulley. I replaced all the bushings recently. It is like one side of the steering pump goes forward more.
have any of you guys seen this problem? Could it be the block that the steering pump is stiing on that needs to be aligned ? (cause I see some bolts there)

thanks
zakir
