To Turbo or Not 900 1991

I currently own a 90 740 with the rock solid bullet proof N/A 4 cyl. Well I've came across a 91 940 Turbo. I drove the car and fell head over heals in love with i. The car has all the power I need and feels even bigger than my 740. My question is what kinda trouble would I be getting into with the turbo. Is it as realiable as the the N/A 4 cyl motors. The car has 136,000 on it and of course it drives like brand new. The turbo was replaced at 128,000 and it has ALL the books and maintiance records. But this thing seems to be a work of art. I looked under the hood and if Im not mistaken the damn turbo is WATER cooled. I would assume that helps it out a lot. So what kinda things should I look for before buying and what should I do as far as up keep to make the turbo last as long as possible. Thanks in advance- Jason!!
