Engine wiring harness: how tough DIY? 200 1984

I just re-did my 740. One thing I found helpful in addition to labeling with tape is to use a "white out" pen to write on the connectors. That way if the tape falls off you still have something to go by. Also another backup I did was count the # of connections I had to make and as I put on the new wire tally up the results so that I did not miss any. Check out Dave Barton's site also. Good Luck
