B23E-m46 into an Amazon? 120-130 1968

Would it be possible to drop a B23E (with 'K' grind cam and a few other goodies) mated with an m46 4spd+OD transmission into a '68 122 2-dr? I realize that the stock motor is not slanted like the B23, but other than that, what difficulties would I be likely to encounter? How much modification of the trans. tunnel would be necessary? Would it be possible to adapt an overdrive transmission from an early 140 or 1800 (M41, is that what they're called?) to work with an OHC slanted motor?

Has anyone ran a B23E with carbs? What setup did you use?

Thanks in advance.
