Rear axle leaking? 700 1991

A nice guy helping me out with some work on my '91 745 N/A pointed out that my rear axle was leaking a couple of months ago. Since then, I've found a few spots on my garage floor - I just hate that! Seeing that my car is due for service anyway, I'd like to investigate getting this fixed. What should I expect for parts and labor? Also, is there anything else that would be handy to do while this is being done? (I'm not sure what-all has to be taken apart, etc.)

(of course, first I will repair the unrelated rear-ending damage, which still appears to be minimal....)

Thanks in advance!

Jenn
