Volvo windshields easy targets? 900

Is it just me, or do Volvo windshields happen to throw themselves in front of road trash? I've owned several different makes of vehicles over the years, and have never experienced so many chips, cracks, and breaks from road-crap strikes in my Volvo windshields. Anyone else notice this? I do my absolute best to avoid potential troublemakers (i.e. rock-haulers, trailered construction equip, and the like). My insurance co only provides one "free" windshield a year, and today I will find out what the limit is on small crack repairs. I've had two repairs since December 2001.
