smoking 700 1989

I'm a frustrated owner of an '89 760 wagon with a B230F Turbo motor. About 4k ago, it began smoking after it warmed up. My local foreign car man said it was the turbo and replaced same. The problem persisted and then he diagnosed a shot motor @149k. As it was blowing oil from the oil filler cap, I checked the pcv valve and found it to be plugged solid. The valve was replaced, the breather canister below it was cleaned and the hose from the pcv valve to the intake was replaced. Compression was also checked and found to be very high and less than a 1# differential between the 4 cyl. Now the car smokes worse than it did before but when it is first started up (cold). As the vehicle warms up, the smoking subsides. HELP!!!!!
