940 Turbo General Question 900

I'm going to be getting a newer Volvo soon and I was thinking either an 850 Turbo Wagon, or a 940 Turbo Wagon. I'm leaning towards the 940 because it's simpler to work on and of course it's RWD!

What was the last year of the 940 Turbo Wagons and are they easy enough to find?
