gas mileage vs engine oil 900 1992

hi guys

recently i saw a drop in my gas mileage when i changed from regular 5w30 to mobil1 10w30 synthetic. i live in tronto area and now days temp. is about -10 degress centigrate. also i deflated my tries to 35psi from 38-40psi. can these be the reasons for drop in mileage. car is running fine no smok or any thing.
