Running problems 200 1979

hi,

Continuing work on the 244, I checked the spark plugs, they look healthy and gapped correctly. But it seems to have a misfire or two. My dad and I can both hear it. Also, even when the cold start is not hooked up to the starter cranking wire, it takes several cranks to start the car, even when it's warm.
What's your thoughts on this?
