PV shopping 444-544

Greetings, Listers:

I'm new to the forum and pursuing a PV. I owned a couple 140s back in the 80s, but always wanted a PV. I've located one that's a half day's drive away. i would like to get as smart as possible prior to traveling to inspect. It's a '59, B-16, supposed to be low rust, expect the usual brake problems from a car that has been sitting for many years. There is no battery so I don't really expect to hear it run. I've seen a few pictures and it seems to be pretty complete, i.e., trim, glass, interior, hub caps, etc. My fear is under body, rocker pannel rust. How about a few tips on where to look/usual places for rust, and any other things to look for.

Thanks for the help!

Joe in St Louis
