no headlights, help!! 700 1989

I beive John is on the right track. Funny, the Bulb failure sensor lets you know that you have a bulb out but when IT fails, you have No Lights and No Warning. Somethin is wrong with that feature. I had the same issue with Brake lights. No Lights and no knowledge that they weren't working.
