Torque specs for front end fasteners? 700 1990

I have decided to tackle replacing cone bushings and lower ball joints on my 1990 740 (140k) and have ordered the parts from fcpgroton. I plan to use blue locktite on the fasteners during reassembly. What are the torquing specifications for the front and rear bolts of the control arm stays and for the two bolts and nut for the ball joints? I don't have any shop manuals for this car. This will be the first time I've attempted this. Thanks for your help.
