Engine Computer outlet? 700 1988

Well, I had always wondered that myself, and Kraut has answered it. but....

The datalink connector is the two-pronged connector by the coolant tank. I have a 1988 as well, and I looked it up on ALLDATA. I assume they tend to know what they're doing. The only problem is, I have not been able to find any scan tool or diagnostic machine that will hook up to that kind of connector :(

When I do, (and if I remember) I'll stop in here and let you all know

-Matt
