1984,245, jetronic system. Injector problems, need help

I made a phone call this PM. It was in Kansas. The guy wanted $300.for
the ECU. Are they the $50. in your area. The mid west Iowa area does not
have alot of Volvos. We have two dealers in the complete state. I will keep
looking and calling around. I will try and find one to try. After the mechnaic
reworked the head on the engine this is when the car would not start. So one
told me this afternoon that if the distributer is not grounded it could cause
the same problem. Not sure of that but I will keep looking
