Installing a 1990 into a 1986...issues?? 200

I have found a good deal on a 1990 engine w/ 90K miles. Compression check, leakdown, etc all look good. ECU does not come with it. Beyond finding a 1990 ECU, what other items will I need to put it into my '86?

Engine is from an Automatic Transmission car, as is mine.

Will I need to change the wiring harness?

What will I need to do for ignition?

Any other differences???
