Help!! New brakes installed and now NO Brakes! 200

I'm in a bind here and need some advice quick. I installed new brake pads on my '85 240. The front also got new rotors and new calipers. I bled the brakes with my pressure bleeder and followed the bleed sequence listed in the Haynes manual which is LR,LF(Upper Inner),RF(Upper Inner),RR,RF(Outer),RF(Lower Inner),LF(Outer),LF(Lower Inner). I bled the brakes twice following that sequence. To my surprise, when I started the car and pushed the brake pedal, it went to the floor and no brakes! I thought maybe the master cylinder went bad so I replaced that too and still no brakes! I bench bled the new master cylinder and with the test plugs installed, I had a high firm brake pedal. But after I hooked up the brake lines and bled the brakes again, the brake pedal still goes to the floor! What an I missing here? Could there still be air in the system even though I see no air bubbles coming out of the bleed screws? I've flushed about a quart of brake fluid through the system and the brake pedal still goes to the floor. What should I do now? Keep bleeding the brakes and hope the pedal comes back? Should I bleed following a different sequence?

Need some help please... this brake job is killig me!

BTW, I'm not losing any brake fluid and can find no leaks. I just don't have a firm brake pedal.

Thanks....!

DeWayne
