Rear fog lights (and maybe front) 200 1992

Hello all, I've read a lot here about the rear fog lights on sedans where the right side does not light up. What's the easiest way/place to connect the wire for the right side? I can't follow the wire very far to find a good place to cut/splice it.

Also, my car has a fog light switch (maybe they all do) which controlls the rear fog lights, but where would you suggest I get front fog lights and where do they plug in? I don't know if I already have a relay/wiring for them, but since I have a switch, I just assumed I do.

I don't know of any place near me (northeast IN) that has any volvos in a pick 'N pull.
