power steering fluid loss 200 1990

Hello,
I seem to be having a power steering fluid leak.
a) There is traces of oil on the hose where the hose(coming from the reservoir) feeds the power steering pump.
b) I had to top the fluid up about 3 to 4 mths ago, and today it is low again.

Any ideas what can cause this leak ? There are 2 hoses from the fluid reservoir. One feeds the pump and the other runs to near engine bottom. I will jack the car up tomorrow to see where it goes. Pls tell me if you know where it goes.
