White smoke is usually an indication of water, (blown head gasket, etc.) but you mentioned that the "shop" added some injector cleaner, probably into the fuel tank. It could just be this nasty stuff burning, I would burn through the tank of gas quickly and refill it fresh, if the white smoke still continues it will require further investigation.

Also look into the rad or overflow bottle for tell-tail signs of oil or oil residue, this is often an indication of a blown head gasket.

Start with the simple an obvious before the more serious.
