Clarification regarding strut inserts 700

Nick at FCPGroton tells me it is Sachs "Advantage" strut inserts made in Germany that he gets from Scan-Tech, and he "assumes" them to be the same as Boge Turbo Gas from Germany. dfried posted below about the look and feel of the Sachs strut inserts. He reports the Sachs strut inserts look more substantial than the Volvo that had been on the car. He says ride is "great", "not harsh but firm" and car corners flatter (with help from other new suspension and steering parts). I wonder whether Boge Turbo Gas strut inserts can be imported directly from Germany.
