Please help w/ running problems..... 700

I am in dire need of assistance with some very annoying problems. I have '93 945 B230 w/ 112K miles (I know I'm posting in the 700 section but I know that some of 700's and 900's share similar FI and ignition setups), it has new fuel pump and filter, new TPS, new Radio Suppression Relay, New Oxygen sensor, new plugs, wires, distributor rotor and cap. The idle is not at a constant level, it IDLES at about 750, but hunts up and down 50-100 RPM. It seems to be a little worse when warm/hot.

Also, when above 45 MPH, TORQUE-CONVERTER locked up, there's a rough transition between 'gas on' and 'gas off'. In other words, its not a smooth transition, or gradual change. Since the TC is locked up, its a similar feel to driving a manual transmission car and letting off the gas really quickly when driving down the road, it kicks forward when you let off.

I haven't a clue about this stuff and I'm usually pretty good at diagnosing problems. The one thing that I haven't done is check the injectors for a good spray pattern and have them cleaned. Might this be the problem??

I will appreciate any help that anyone can give me.....thanks a bunch.

Ben
