look under steering wheel and remove 3 screws holding up plastic cover.
once the under dash cover is removed take a flash light and look for air hose comming through the firewall just abouve the gas pedal. The air line will be bent or kinked, remove the clip it from its holder and pinch the line with a pair of pliers to open up the bent tube. Now try the air system. If it works you will need to replace the damaged area. (please use compresion fitings and not hose clamps.
