Does any one have instructions to make a cold air intake for a 240 non-turbo? 200 1980

I was thinking today a cold air intake would be good but how the hell do you do it. I have no idea how to make it does any one have instructions to do this mod? I have heard it is possible i was thinking or getting a shop to bend me some pipe to fix exactly but not sure any ideas would be great.
