You can't take an M46 out of an 81 240 DL without taking the engine out, can you?

The guys at work gave me a clutch centering kit. Just a bunch of plastic splines to line up the disk before I bolt it together so that the shaft slides right in when I get the trany back up. That was a nice, BIG help! I was also told to scuff up the flywheel with some sand paper to get ride of the glaze. So far I have $300 into this car, and it'll take another $75 to get it titled and taged. What do you think I could get for a beat up wagon such as this? (out of curiosity of course!)
