Do I need a new radiator? 700 1992

Last night while checking my A/C system for leaks, I noticed a small amount of coolant on the lower right corner backside of my condenser. I could not trace whre this was coming from but its obviously been happening for a while because there's some pretty decent corrosion going on at that spot.

Has anyone else seen coolant around this area? Am I in imminent danger of calling AAA from the side of the road? Where could this coolant be coming from specifically?

I've checked the lower rad hose and I can't see that the plastic has deteriorated at all. The coolant level is fine and hasn't changed noticably for the last month or so. Also, the temp gauge never goes above 12 o'clock.

I was planning on replacing the radiator within a year anyway, so please tell me what brand you recommend (Nissens, Blackstone, Radtech, Modine) and recommend a good source.

Any insight is appreciated.

Thanks
