740 code 700 1991

Thanks Chris! Found the problem more or less right under my nose. I rechecked the code to make sure I had it down correctly and it returned 1-2-2. I looked through my books again and finally found it. The air temperature sensor is where the "hot wire" was on earlier Jetronic systems, in the AMM just behind the air cleaner in the large corregated hose to the intake manifold. I had left the connection loose as had removed it to get to the PS reservoir. Added a shot of WD40 and installed it tightly and presto, the CE light went out.
