Ignition Lock Replacement - how you you remove/replace it? 140-160

There are two bolts that clamp the assembly onto the steering column. When the car is assembled there are bolt heads on these bolts. When they are tightened up the bolt heads are whacked off so that the heads are smooth. It's probably some sort of goofy anti-theft idea. You can drill out the bolts, or drill a hole in them and use some sort of "easy out" device. You could also cut a groove in them and use a big screwdriver to loosen them. It's not a hard job at all.
