lowering a 245 200 1981

what is the best way to lower a 81 245? my frined and I are going to lower my 245, and I wont to know what is the best to lower the car to? how many inch and how many coils to cut off. I have IPD sway bars I found in a junk Yard for $30 and I found out there the GT sway bars they are the bigger ones designed for a 2 door not a wagon. I talked to a few frinends and if I lower my car I will not have over anti-sway in the rear.

I also trailer stuff with it. I pull trailers with it so I have to still have some hight so I can pull trailers.
