160 nose on a 240? is this possible? 200 1979

What's your objective? If it's just transferring the sheetmetal, yes, that's possible, You'll need to do a bit of welding to extend the inner wings to support the longer (!) 164 nose, but apart from that, nothing a competent bodyshop or good shadetree mechanic couldn't do in a day or two.

If you want to transfer the entire front clip and mechanicals, including the inline-6 engine, that's a lot more work. One of the nicest I've seen so far is at http://switch.to/estate - although he might've gone a lot further than you intend.
