Cut the 2 ball cages at the top, and unscrew the adluster for the lower one till the threaded rod comes out, then cut that one too. Remove the threaded rod from the lower mount, replace the broken parts, install the new ball cages, lube the balls, Pop the lower rod back it to the cage, rethread the lower rod into the adjuster, and pop the top 2 balls back in to their cages.
