Auto Trans Sluggish 200 1993

1993 245 with auto trans.

Seems a little sluggish going 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to OD. OD solenoid seems to be working fine using the pushbutton. Seems like sometimes I really have to let off the gas to get it to shift. No problems at all downshifting.

Any ideas? Would the trans fluid level too high be the cause? Level looks a tad high to me.
