Anything tricky about changing shocks? 120-130 1966

Never done it before?

The rears are a piece of cake, and as obvious as they look.

The front lower mount is easy, too.

The front upper can be tricky. You need to keep the stud from spinning while you remove the nut. the stud has some flats for using an open-end wrench. I think a 1/4" or 7mm grabs it okay, and then use an open-end to loosen the nut.

If it's been a while since they've been done, a liberal soak in PBlaster (or another good penetrant) is called for. Do it once a day or more for 2-3 days before you start the work.
