Hey ZOOZE! A gallon of methanol? - not anhydrous I assume. Yeah a few percentage MeOH may be livable - but whoa- you did screw up. At 105K your car should have passed smog easy. (Something is wrong)

Drive the car and just keep adding fuel. I mean get out there and drive a long way and then add fuel. Repeat.

That stuff just dropped any water "out of solution" - hopefully you don't have a goop fest in your tank. Yeah it's hard on the hoses, but that shouldn't be immediate destruction.
