Ribbon Speedometer 444-544 1962

Hi, Are you sure it's the odometer/trip meter and not a broken speedo cable or the drive. One way to check the cable is to disconnect it from the speedo head,jack up the rear of the car,start the beast up, select a gear and see if the cable spins.
If it doesn't it could be the drive(it's plastic) and could be stripped or the cable is broken. In that case you should be able to pull the cable out of the housing. If it doesn't pull out check the drive gear.
I have both 544 or 122 replacements if you really need one. The shipping would most likely be more than what I'd ask for one depending on where you live.:-)
