where's the power 200

down to dirty business....my car won't start, and it acts like its not getting a constant supply of fuel. Both my fuel pumps are new, and seem to be in good working condition. I replaced the fuel pump relay and that didn't help...any. I'm getting good spark, and i doubt it slipped time. the injector pump works too, so i'm pretty confused. Anyway here's my model in case anybody has a clue: 1983 GLT 244. Thanks for the help. I must race once more! By the way, where is the fuel regualtor so i can run more boost?
